A Camping Adventure
It is Saturday morning, and Ben and his friend Emma are camping with their families near a beautiful lake in the mountains.
Right now, Ben is carrying a backpack and collecting firewood for the campfire. Emma is setting up a tent with her father. Some children are walking along a path in the forest, and others are looking at a map to find a good place for a picnic.
The weather is warm and sunny, but Emma always carries a raincoat in her backpack because the weather in the mountains can change quickly.
After lunch, the children go hiking. They walk through the forest, climb a small hill, and stop near a waterfall.
While they are resting, Ben is using a compass to check the direction, and Emma is watching the wildlife. Suddenly, they see a young deer near the river. Everyone stays quiet and takes pictures.
In the evening, the families return to the campsite. Some people are making a campfire, while others are cooking sausages over the fire. A few children are roasting marshmallows and singing songs by the campfire.
Then something unexpected happens. Ben cannot find his flashlight. It is getting dark, and everyone starts looking for it. They check the tent, the sleeping bag, and even the motorhome, but the flashlight is not there.
Finally, Emma remembers something. Earlier that day, Ben was sitting near the lake. The children run back and find the flashlight under a small tree beside the water.
Soon the stars appear in the sky. The campers sit around the campfire, tell scary stories, and laugh together. Ben is happy because he has found his flashlight, and everyone agrees that it is the best camping trip they have ever had.
